You can request records electronically via Cora/CCJRA Request form found on the da18.org website. You cannot request records over the phone or through social media. If you make a substantial request with more than 25 pages of documents, the requestor will be charged for staff time and copying expenses. You will receive a fee appraisal when you request documents.
Before obtaining criminal records, you must sign a statement affirming that the records will not be used for direct solicitation of business for pecuniary gain. The form requires the following information plus a $25 search (nonrefundable fee):

The returned information includes the inmate’s name, date of birth, case number, reason for incarceration, anticipated release date, date of incarceration, and where the offender is incarcerated.
Records held by the County or District Attorney’s office are open records. Records are available online and follow the policy of the Colorado Open Records Act.
